Such natural variations are not necessarily considered defects.

Customers are advised to carefully review the product images, specifications, and complete product description before placing an order to ensure that the product meets their expectations.

3. Return and Exchange Policy:

If a product is delivered with a genuine defect, such as broken crystal beads, damaged Rudraksha beads, broken gemstones, or any other damaged spiritual product, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package, the product, and the defect, while verbally explaining the issue.

The video must be shared promptly via WhatsApp at +91 82820 48388 or emailed to help.gemskuber@gmail.com for verification.

Our team may contact the customer for further verification. Once the defect is verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement of the affected product at no additional delivery charge.

Please note that we offer product replacement only for verified defects and do not provide refunds under this policy. All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

4. Pricing:

All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be displayed as applicable during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors.
